This is usually caused by a downloading issue. Either there is no network connectivity or it's flaky, the data server is down or the downloaded data is corrupted. Here are some steps you can follow to fix the issue:
- Check your network is connected.
- Exit the app using the back arrow and swipe it out of the list of open apps (via the Overview button: square button on bottom right of the phone screen), then open the app again.
- In the top right menu, select "Refresh" and force a complete download if the option dialog is shown.
- Clear the app data via the Android Settings > Apps > Flowx screen. (note: this will clear all your Place and Graph settings in the app, hence you may wish to export these settings to enable import again after clearing - see Settings help page)
