Firstly, thanks for your pro support.
There are three common reasons why Flowx is not finding your pro subscription:
You can see more details about these common causes below. If none of these appear to be the cause, please email me the debug log via Feedback in the side menu.
Google has a policy that only checks one Google account (the primary one) on your phone for pro purchases. If you have multiple accounts on your phone, Google Play may be checking the wrong account for your Flowx purchase. Go to Android Settings > Accounts > Google to check how many Google accounts you have on your phone.
If you do have multiple accounts that is causing this problem, you can follow the instructions given by a Flowx user: Google Account A (has Flowx subscription) and Account B (does not have Flowx subscription) logged into the same phone.
Users have reported another issue involving multiple Google accounts where you are logged into multiple phones: Phone 1 is logged in with both Account A (using Flowx Pro subscription) and Account B, and Phone 2 in logged in with just Account B (using Flowx free). This causes Flowx on Phone 1 to revert to the free version, because both phones have Account B logged in. To fix this issue:
In extremely rare cases, the Google Play cache does not update after you've made a purchase, especially if you purchased on one device and checked on another device. Usually this problem fixes itself within 24 hours.
There are other fixes if you search the internet but it's not clear which one works and it's sometimes easier to wait a few hours.
Check the email Google sent for the original purchase and see if your subscription has expired. You can also check on the Google Play Store website or app.
If you can't find anything, email me the debug log (via Feedback in the top left menu in the app) and I can check.
