Release 4.098

Mainly bug fixes:

• Fixed rare bug where place label didn't match the map location.
• Source label now matches map source when panning.
• Minor fixes to automatic widget updates.

We are nearly there. The last release had one crash in 5000 session and one in 800 users got a crash.

We have one significant bug with the wave direction layer and one occasional crashing bug.
