Added the complimentary KNMI HARMONIE weather models for the Caribbean.
The 2.8km model covers the Leeward and Wayward Islands.
The 5.5km model covers the Caribbean including the top of North America.
Also added Dew Point Temperature to all KNMI HARMONIE models.
