Transparent Widget and Fixes

Major Widget Fixes

Major Fixes:
- Widgets updates are more robust.
- Land/Sea outlines are back.
- Improved the timezones calculations.
- Added a grace period to Pro subscription to overcome Google Play problem is missing purchases on phones with multiple accounts setup.
Minor:
- Changed Arabic day names to English, e.g., "Mo Tu We Th..."
- Added Time as an option for gauges to add.
- Travel Mode will now report in the appropriate units, imperial or metric.
- And other polish.

Known Issues
Missing:
- Total cloud and pressure data is missing for Arome 1.3km
For Android and iOS:
- alerts show up behind dialogs.
For Android:
- occasionally, after opening the Flowx, the gauge and high/low temperatures do not match the graph.
- Nova launchers do not render the widgets properly. There are hacks in Advanced Settings to fix this.
- There are crashes on some phones when loading streamlines.
- the end (and sometimes the start) of the time range is missing data.
