Minor bug fixes

Mainly bug fixes:
- Fixed rare bug where place label didn't match the map location.
- Source label now matches map source when panning.
- Minor fixes to automatic widget updates.
We are nearly there. The last release had one crash in 5000 session and one in 800 users got a crash.
We have one significant bug with the wave direction layer and one occasional crashing bug.

Known Issues
Missing:
- Total cloud and pressure data is missing for Arome 1.3km
For Android and iOS:
- alerts show up behind dialogs.
For Android:
- occasionally, after opening the Flowx, the gauge and high/low temperatures do not match the graph.
- Nova launchers do not render the widgets properly. There are hacks in Advanced Settings to fix this.
- There are crashes on some phones when loading streamlines.
- the end (and sometimes the start) of the time range is missing data.
Roadmap
Our primary goal is to get the new major rewrite released to Android
while still maintaining parity is iOS.
